Peninsula Flower operates a concierge model. This means you have a single point of contact, a dedicated relationship, and service that anticipates rather than reacts.
How It Works
1. Consult
Contact our concierge desk by email, phone, or in person at our Central atelier. Share the occasion, the recipient, the venue, the timing. Our team asks the right questions so you do not have to think about stem counts.
2. Compose
Your arrangement is hand-built on the morning of delivery. Every stem is conditioned. Every detail — from the wrap to the card stock — is selected to match the gesture. You receive a confirmation photograph before dispatch.
3. Deliver
Our team delivers by hand at your specified time. White-glove placement. Confirmation on arrival. Nothing is left to chance.
Corporate Accounts
We manage recurring arrangements for boardrooms, hotel lobbies, and private clubs. Weekly, bi-weekly, or event-based. A dedicated concierge, consolidated billing, and first refusal on seasonal rarities. Contact concierge@peninsulaflower.com to open an account.
