What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Yes. Our concierge team will confirm your preferred delivery window during consultation. We deliver by hand, so timing is precise — not a 3-hour courier window.

How much does delivery cost?

Complimentary white-glove delivery on all orders over HKD 680. Below this threshold, delivery is HKD 120.

How long do the flowers last?

With proper care — fresh water daily, away from direct sunlight and air conditioning vents — arrangements typically last 5-10 days depending on variety. Our stems are conditioned in the atelier before composing, which extends vase life significantly.

Can I see the arrangement before it is delivered?

Every client receives a photograph of the finished arrangement before dispatch. For The Bespoke service, we share progress images throughout the design process.

What if the recipient is not home?

We will contact you (not the recipient) to arrange redelivery or an alternative location. We never leave arrangements unattended without explicit instruction.

Do you do weddings or events?

Yes, through The Bespoke service. Contact our concierge desk to schedule a consultation — we recommend 4-6 weeks lead time for event floristry.

Can I set up recurring orders?

Corporate accounts include recurring arrangements on a schedule you set — weekly, bi-weekly, or event-based. Contact concierge@peninsulaflower.com to open an account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer, and invoice billing for corporate accounts.
