White-Glove Delivery
Every Peninsula Flower arrangement is delivered by hand by our own team. We do not use couriers. We do not subcontract. The person who delivers your arrangement is part of our atelier.
Coverage
We deliver to all districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm are delivered same day. Orders after 2pm are delivered the following morning. For time-critical deliveries outside these windows, contact our concierge desk directly.
Delivery Fees
Complimentary white-glove delivery on all orders over HKD 680. Orders below this threshold incur a HKD 120 delivery fee.
Placement
Our team will place your arrangement as directed — on a desk, in a lobby, on a bedside table. This is part of the service. We do not leave arrangements at reception unless specifically instructed.
Care Instructions
Every delivery includes care instructions on the card: fresh water daily, away from direct sunlight and air conditioning vents. With proper care, arrangements typically last 5-10 days depending on variety.
