By placing an order with Peninsula Flower, you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute stems of equivalent or greater value when specific varieties are unavailable due to seasonality or supply conditions. Our concierge team will contact you before any significant substitution is made.
Pricing
All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change. The price at the time of order confirmation is final. Prices include white-glove delivery within Hong Kong for orders over HKD 680.
Delivery
We deliver to all districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm. Delivery windows are confirmed by our concierge team at the time of order. While we make every effort to deliver within the agreed window, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control — including severe weather, traffic incidents, or building access restrictions.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and bank transfer. Corporate accounts may be invoiced net-30 upon approval.
Intellectual Property
All content on peninsulaflower.com — including photography, text, and design — is the property of Peninsula Flower and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Peninsula Flower’s liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from delayed or non-delivery beyond the order value.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
